exhausted week..
have been training and doing rehearsal everynight for the performance for Voila!'09. well, only two weeks of training is worthwhile :D all stuns are up during our performance on thursday! wooohoooo!! it was my first performance with UNISUS and everything was successful except the timing and dance. LOL! it was screwed up due to lack of practice :P










due to the trainings and involvement, i have 3 reports to rush, 2 hands on project to do and ALOT of studies need to chase up!!!! i got trauma each time when i look into the calender. my schedule is so packed and finals is just 3 weeks ahead!! OMGGGG!!!! i shall really disappear soon! goodbye peeps! *poof* -gone-

home sweet home.. i m finally back~
long weekends? NO!! although it is public holiday on monday, but i need to start mugging for my finals!! it is just 4 weeks away and i haven't prepare any shit for it. omg omg, i really must stop procrastinating and cut down my social activities in hall and supper outing as well. damnnnnnnn. was texting with Felicia this afternoon and i told her that life in uni would be so meaningless if we're not in hall. and yea! she agreed with me :D great mind think alike eh? hahaha.
okok, stop the crap.. my whole body is aching due to the UNISUS training, i think the pain is already permanently there -.- next week got performance in voila. monday, tuesday, wednesday training, thursday performance, after that i dont know if i am able to lift my hand. lol. wish me luck in the performance peeps! it will be my first cheer performance :D

i m back!! it's been a long time since i last blogged because i have been busy with studies and chasing up with the lectures. meanwhile there is Continual Assessment which have a weightage of 20% of my overall grade T.T anyway, i am having one week break now, but i will still be in hall, for UNISUS training and revision before everything pile up again.

what have i been doing for the past few week? it is all about muggin, everyday and night until 3 ~ 4am and i have to wake up by 7.45am to attend morning lectures. and arts project which consume allot of time make it worst. so i have not been sleeping more than 5hours for almost 1 month already. damn it. i m still not used to the university life, trying very hard but it is so freaking STRESSFUL!! hope i can adapt to it soon..



2 questions will determine my fate =.=





most of my CA and quizzes ended this week, and it's time to involve in everything i can in hall :D so i've become block representative, started my job on tuesday and have to collect details from all the residence in my block. shitty work, but i take it as socializing and know more people around me :)

then wednesday got hall family steamboat gathering, at where? outside CGL's room! LOL! we blocked the corridor and people cannot walk through and we're happily having steamboat there. haha. after that went to do my block rep job again, met some weirdo from my block, she actually screamed "I WILL NOT OPEN MY DOOR! I WANT TO STUDY! I M VERY STRESS!" well, i hope you will not kill yourself in the hall because of exam stress tho =X

ok then thursday is the mid autumn festival celebration for Hall ONE! i have never celebrate mid autumn for yearssss. LOL! i guess the last time was when i m a kid? hahaha. anyway, it was fun! great performance by ONERS.

i wonder why time fly so fast in uni.
it makes me worry each time i see the date. because exams are coming near!! week 3 just passed and week 4 is about to begin. i am still lost in most of the lectures. i dont know what the hell that professor is mumbling about in LT but it is a great lullaby =X in return, i have to revise the notes everynight!! but my laptop gone case again. they didn't give me a good service when i sent it to them 2 weeks ago and i have to send it back again. therefore i can't do online research on my studies and i dont understand what i am reading while i am in the hall. weekends, i go back home. with books =.= because i can do research on my studies at home. so instead of resting during the weekends, i do research until the sun almost rise and shine on my butt. damnnnn! this is life? zzzzzzzzz.
this is really different from life in poly, while i am in poly, i have been slacking for the entire semester until exam is just around the corner. but i am still able to cope with the studies and score during exams. in uni, 3rd week of the semester i already stress until almost died -.- maybe i should work harder and stop procrastinating during lectures. or maybe my brain is still in holiday mood? i dont know either. but no mater what it takes, i have to do well and maintain my scholarship!!!!!

my lecturer have been saying NTU might change its policy this year and make it to open book examination. freak. i think open book exam is much more scarier than closed book exams =.= i heard that we're the first batch that dont have tutorial class throughout the semester, and now, first batch with open book exam. wtf!!!!!

started my week3 of university with a monday blues..
dont know why i feel extremely tired today!! morning lecture already almost fall asleep, i try very hard to keep myself awake and i did it!!!! :D
then, halfway during lecture.. the service centre called me saying my laptop is ready to be discharged, great!~ i have been waiting for this!!!! yea, so i went to breakfast after mechanics lecture, and skipped physics lesson to collect my laptop.. the guy told me that he dont know what the hell happen to my laptop also, but well, he changed the motherboard and nothing happened after that. hopefully problems wont occurs again :)
back to uni, bought my lunch and went back to my room as i have 2hours break today. checked my mail and.......

yupyupp~ will be receiving full scholarship for AY2009/2010. and yess, i am AWAKE!! i am not dreaming during lecture!! hahahaha.
after one long day of lesson, it's finally over. rush back to hall, change and went to jurong point to meet wenna :) while waiting for her to arrive, i went for window shopping, got ALLOT of things i wanna buy!!! arghhhh!! we had our dinner at thai express then head to movie. The Last House on The Left. that movie..... damn.... no comments.. LOL!!

after movie, go back hall? well, i think it was the last bus as the movie ended quite late.. so after walking her back to her room, i have to walk from hall 13 to hall 1 =.= and it took me about 20mins of fast walk, haha. okayy, that's all for today.. i need to catch up allot of lectures as i m lagging behind. ciaoz!

Life in University...

yupyupp! uni life started this week!!
it was a terrible first week for me, everything was so messed up especially my time management, and still not familiar with the campus yet. i went to stay at the hall on the 10th of August. the jam was horrible in JB-SG checkpoint. i was at the chekpoint about 9pm. the first time in the past 4years i see so many people in the checkpoint que-ing up. zzzzzzzz. i was stuck in there for damn long!! usualy it takes about 1hour to reach the uni from my house, but this time i takes me 2hours 40mins =.= reached hall almost 12am already, tired... but damn AWAKE! yea, because my usual sleeping time is 3am ~ 5am. i can't fall asleep at night! same goes to my roomate. lol. so i spent the entire night trashing my student email. and went to bed at about 4am.

Day 1 - 8.30am lecture. so sleepy!! i force myself to wake up and shower, then attend the lecture... the lecture crowd was like, WOAH! so many people!! then everyone got their notes! i guess only me never bring anything at all. not even a piece of foolscap paper. LOL. in the evening, during math lecture, i fall asleep. hehee~
never fail to fall asleep during lecture since poly life!!! :D

Day 2 - 8.30am lecture.... slept at about 4am again on the previous night. but good thing is that wednesday is free day for me, i only need to attend 2hour lecture in the morning, so i went back hall at 10.30am. i never know that iTunes can detect other people playlist in the Local Area Network (LAN). so i was listening to songs and connect my ipod to download some song, who knows my ipod crashed.. it was corrupted and iTunes reformated it.. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! 800++ songs inside is GONE!! GG! i was so pissed because i dont have any songs in my laptop as it was new. so i went to bed and dont care about it.. woke up in the evening... take a peek at my laptop, it is not on, stuck at the windows booting screen. so i restart and went to brush teeth.. came back and realize my laptop CANNOT ON!!! WTFFF!!!!!!! i tried again and again finally able to start windows.. but after 10mins i encountered BSoD . FML.

Day 3 - 8.30am lecture...... was repairing my laptop the entire night and slept at 3am.. tired.. but i m a good student so i went to morning lecture :P after 2hours lecture.. is tutorial, but it is canceled!! thursday is halfday lesson, untill 12.30pm. so i went back to hall, pick up my laptop, and went to the NTU IT centre. there is a Lenovo booth there which is equivalent to my laptop brand and i asked them how to do system recovery. they fucking dont want teach me and ask me go changi to ask the technician there, because my laptop is not bought from NTU! WTF!! my uni is the most west of sg, and changi is most east of sg (*^$#&*$#)*$%....!!! angry! went back hall, call the service centre myself and did everything myself. the service guy told me my laptop is in hardware crashed and need to be sent for servicing. it can be done in bukit timah which is so damn near to me compared to changi. so the only thing i left in hall is my phone, lucky it has wifi...

Day 4 - 8.30am lecture again........ !!!!
went back to hall after the 2hour lecture in the morning and decided to skip all the other lecture in the evening, called my bro and he pick me up to send my laptop for service. yes, i will not have my laptop back until the call me T_T went to subway with my roomate after that and we back to JB right away...

huiying's 21st birthday!

it is Miss Lai 21st birthday! :)
i received a call from the birthday girl at 11am in the morning right after i got up from bed, she ask me to accompany her pedicure then lunch. and it is like now now now now! i was like wtf i haven't shower and prepare anything yet my dear, she said she don't have much time. and yup.. she arrived my house 5 mins right after that =.=
gave her a hug and the birthday card, then we go to the pedicure place~ helped her to choose the color and design. and the birthday girl ask me to do the same pedicure design on my finger also.. sorry yea~ i know it is your day but i won't do it!!! because it is gayish =.=" in return, i let her cut my fingernails, i keep it for playing the guitar actually, but nvm~ i let you cut :P
after pedicure her daddy called her for lunch, so we ended up didn't lunch together then head home. my aunt came to my house for visit also, and omygosh! it is her birthday too! they most probably going out for dinner celebration but sorry i have to skip that because i already promised ah lai for her party already
miss lai came to my house and pick me up at 4pm and tell me i am bloody honored because i am the first guy that she is gonna back to her hometown. opps! and when she introduce me to her family members they were like *grins* "huiying's bf" LOL. so ya, i really became huiying's bf for the day (:
then i went to arrange the tables and chill the drinks. and and and!! i saw my nana!!! :D awwwww~ she is so cuteeeee! but too bad i forgot to take pic with her :( huiying, tell me you gonna bring her to me again please. oh ya, then we drove out together with nana to take the cake, hehee. once again, we got mistaken because people around look at us like a family. husband, wife and daughter. LOL. then on the way back, miss lai make my dear nana cries. i sayang her but useless. then huiying told me that she is a drama queen, once i stop sayang-ing her, and she stop crying. and it really works! hahahaha
head back home, finally she is able to shower. so i waited for her in the room. after she finish shower and dress up pretty, i wished her happy birthday again and gave her a hug :D then we go downstairs help out in the kitchen with the food, then i ask her to rest on the sofa cuz she only slept for 4hours previously. and looks really tired :( after that we drove again to pick up izzah and sarah which sesat.
after izzah and sarah came, we started to camwhore and crap. haha, then dinner time. SK and the gang came. chatted awhile, then me and izzah went to the room HTHT while sarah is dead on the bed :P after that it is time to cut the cake :) after cutting cake crap awhile with izzah and sarah, then they went home. because sarah was dead tired. so i go back to the room and watch some cartoons with lai hwa shen (huiying's sister) because huiying's is busy entertaining the other family members and friends. after everyone leaving then i went down and help them to pack up the things, then huiying's daddy sent me home~

long long holidays gonna over,
next week QET, then moving in to hostel, then class will starts on the 11th of august. today i got my timetable. fuck.. -.-" everyday 8.30am class. hopefully i can adjust my timing back and wake up early in the morning, lol.

wondering what i have been doing during the 6 months holiday?
since i didnt get a proper job, i did physical workout every day concentrating on the pectorals, yupp!~ i took a pic after those training as the result. all the workout is worth it afterall :)

havent been blogging.. last week i was dealing with my brand new laptop that crashes. the windows update failed. some of the system file not working properly and i cannot install MSN!! arghhhhhh!! have been finding for solution and at one point of time, i feel like crashing the whole laptop -.- then i found the problem i everything is done. YES!! MSN INSTALLED!! still have some minor problems with the explorer tho..

then monday was my interview for scholarship.
i was ultra early that day.. the interview was 10am and i leave home at about 7.15am.. by 8.30am i already at Tanjong Pagar interchange -.- waited there for an hour before i go in and the worst thing is my phone f-ked up the entire morning.. i was texting someone.. and never receive her replies for the whole morning, emo. went in to wait for the interview at about 9.40am. the interview was great~ dont have any stress question, just some casual question on my family background and future career. then after my interview when i was on my way back home.. i received 9 smses which is all from her *faints* then i called to apologize.. we emo cuz never receive each other messages. it was cute :)

then today i received an email from NTU Student Affair Office. it says that my application for NTU hostel accommodation is successful. i am located in HALL 1. but i dont know what's my room number. what i know is, from the hall to lecture theater is DAMN FAR!! it is 4 bus stops away. zzzzzzzz. will be moving in all my stuff soon before school starts. Quality English Test will be on 4th of august. and i havent prepare anything about it yet. but well, i saw the sample papers and it is easy. just need to write an essay on the given topic. compared to NUS's QET, it is so much easier~ teeheeee
